We offer free standard shipping (4-5 days) on all orders over $100. (after discounts).

Yes. We do offer free returns worldwide.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Standard shipping: 4-5 days. Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order before we're able to ship it out.
NOTE: Business days do not include weekends and holidays in the USA.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information.
NOTE: If you do not receive one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Most orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail containing the details of your package, as well as its tracking number. Please allow for 24-36 hours after you have received the shipping confirmation email for the status to be updated.
DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?
No. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?
You do not have to pay import duties, customs and taxes in the US. However, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes outside the US. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that ONEONE does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by ONEONE, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
No need. You can ship only the piece/s you want to exchange/return.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will allocate a FedEx Return Form for you, and give you all the details you need!
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your FedEx Return Form.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your FedEx Return Form within 24-36 hours. If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number once it is processed. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) and will be reflected in your account in 5-10 days.
NOTE: If you don't want a full refund, you can ask for store credit.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND? You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
