Can I return Final Sale Items? All items marked as final sale have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and review our size chart before you place your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We offer free Fedex express shipping and returns worldwide.
ARE RETURNS FREE? Yes. We do offer free returns worldwide.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? FedEx takes 2 or 3 working days within the US and Canada.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We accept bikinis in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. You have 30 days from the day you purchased your items to send them back to us for a full refund. Once we get your items back your refund will go back on the original form of payment.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER? An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email email@example.com Most orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
Do you deliver to PO BOXES. No. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET? If you are exchanging, you only need to return the piece/s you wish to exchange. For a refund, the full set must be returned (top and bottom). We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN? Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will allocate a FedEx Return Form for you, and give you all the details you need!
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO? We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your FedEx Return Form.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED? We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your FedEx Return Form within 24 hours. If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 24 hours. If you are refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) within 5-7 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT? Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as posible.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES? You do not have to pay import duties, customs ans taxes in the US. However, you will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes outside the US. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that ONEONE does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by ONEONE, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
