HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

 

  • United States: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100.
  • Rest of the World: A flat shipping rate of $10 applies to all international orders.

Orders are delivered within 10 business days. Please note that occasional customs or courier delays may affect the delivery time.

ARE RETURNS FREE?

 

  • United States: Yes! Returns and exchanges are completely free within the U.S.
  • Rest of the World: Returns come with a small fee. If you’d like a refund to your original payment method, a $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note: the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship from our warehouse, you will receive another email with shipping information.

NOTE: If you don't receive one, please email support@oneoneswimwear.com. Most orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure your provided address is serviced during business hours.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with the details of your package, as well as your tracking number. Please allow 24-36 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for the status to update.

DELIVERIES TO PO BOXES?

No. We cannot ship to PO BOXES, please be sure to provide a mailing address.


WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES?

You do not have to pay import duties, customs, and taxes in the US. However, you will be responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes outside of the US. These will be due at or after the point Of the delivery. Please note that ONEONE does not have any control over the duties, customs and taxes applied by the country to which your order is shipped. We cannot tell you what the cost will be, as these charges may vary by country. Since ONEONE does not calculate or apply these fees to orders, please contact your local customs office for more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHAT CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We use Fedex.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
In order for us to approve your return, it must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused and undamaged. Washing or altering the item(s) in any way is considered damaging it. When fitting your suit, we suggest that you wear it over other clothing to prevent staining and damage.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, complete with their hang tag, sanitary strip, bag, and scrunchies.

IMPORTANT:

Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.

For items bought with a 30% discount or more off the original price, we can’t accept returns or exchanges. This applies to both 30% and any bigger discounts.

 

BLACK FRIDAY POLICY

 

  • All 50% off sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
  • Exceptions: We’ll only replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If there’s an issue, contact us at support@oneoneswimwear.com within 7 days with your order number and photos.



DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE ENTIRE SET?

There is no need. You can send only the part(s) that you want to exchange/return.


WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS SOMETHING DEFECTIVE?

While we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged products or have a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately at support@oneoneswimwear.com so we can personally assist you and resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

HOW TO ORGANIZE A RETURN?

Just email support@oneoneswimwear.com and we'll assign you a FedEx return form and give you all the details you need.

WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?

We will provide you with the full address when we assign your FedEx Return Form.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY EXCHANGE/REFUND?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we will do our best to respond with your FedEx return form within 24-36 hours. If you are exchanging, we will ship your new part and email you a new tracking number once it is processed. If you are refunding, we will refund you via the same method you used to pay (PayPal or credit card) and it will post to your account in 30 business days.

NOTE: If you do not want a full refund, you can request store credit.

HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

You can expect a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 business days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your banking provider to post the amount to your account.
